CPR INSTRUCTOR COURSE INFORMATION

The American Heart Association is always seeking professionals to conduct training in first aid, CPR, AED, and advanced cardiovascular care. If you are passionate about saving lives, motivated to facilitate learning, feel comfortable in group settings, and find it easy to make complex concepts understandable to others, you may be a perfect candidate. 

 

AHA’s CPR course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.  

 

Course Price: $350

 

Class date:

Friday April 12th 2024 9AM - 4PM

Thursday May 16th 2024 9 AM - 4:00 PM

 

 


The Instructor Essentials course must be completed prior to class.

Includes: Classroom Materials (handouts).

 

What to bring to class: Training Center Agreement, Online Instructor Essentials Course certificate of completion, Instructor Manual and AHA  CPR provider card.

CPR ONLINE INSTRUCTOR ESSENTIALS INFORMATION​

 

  •  The AHA CPR/AED Instructor Essentials Course is designed to prepare instructor candidates to teach AHA Instructor-led and blended learning CPR/AED Provider courses. 

  • It educates instructor candidates on how to use AHA Instructor teaching materials, ensure that students meet learning objectives, offer student coaching skills, provide an objective skills performance evaluation, and follow AHA Instructor and course policies. 

  • The course covers core content and discipline-specific content required to teach AHA courses.
