Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is busy and emergencies happen (after all, that's why we're here). 


If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us at your earliest convenience, and we can reschedule your registration to another available class time.

Refund Policies

  • For AHA students (e.g. CPR, ACLS, PALS, First Aid):
    You may receive a full refund if you notify our office in writing 24 business hours prior to your class start time. To request a refund, email info@resqtraining.com. If you paid for registration with a credit card, your refund will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If you paid via cash or check, your refund will be mailed to you in the form of a company check.

  • For CNA or QMA students:
    Please refer to your financial agreement with RESQ Health & Safety Training. Your registration fee  is non-refundable unless the refund is requested more than one business day (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) prior to the start of class. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for any program refunds. All requests must be made in writing (e.g. via email).
