Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is busy and emergencies happen (after all, that's why we're here). 

If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us at your earliest convenience, and we can reschedule your registration to another available class time.

Refund Policies

  • For in person AHA students (e.g. CPR, ACLS, PALS, First Aid):
    You may receive a full refund if you notify our office in writing during normal business hours, within 24  hours prior to your class start time. To request a refund, email If you paid for registration with a credit card, your refund will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase, with the deduction of a 3% convenience fee. If you paid via cash or check, your refund will be mailed to you in the form of a company check.

  • For Online AHA Courses:

                       Refunds will not be issued for online courses that have been accessed by customers. 

  • For CNA or QMA students:
    Please refer to your financial agreement with RESQ Health & Safety Training. Your registration fee  is non-refundable unless the refund is requested more than one business day (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) prior to the start of class. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for any program refunds. If you bring in your unmarked study materials you will be refunded $50. All refunds issued to a credit card will be subjected to a 3% convenience fee. All requests must be made in writing (e.g. via email). No refunds will be issued to students who have attended class.
